Procedures:
1. Buyer issues loi or icpo.
2. Seller respond with sco or fco in pdf format, buyer initials the document in every page, signs last page and returns it to sellers email.
3. Seller issues draft of sale and purchase agreement (the contract) in pdf format, within 48 hours buyer suggest amendment, if is the case, then return it to sellers email.
4. Seller transform the draft in final contract signs and seals then send it to buyer email with the escrow agreement.
5. Buyer signs, seals, and notarized the contract and the escrow agreement then send them back to seller s email, then send hard copy (notarized contract and notarized escrow agreement) by express mail with track number to sellers email.
6. After reception of notarized contract and escrow agreement by email, seller send draft of pro forma invoice to buyers email with sellers bank information addendum
7. Within 5 (five) bankings days, buyer open escrow account and deposit the value of 1,00 us/mt of first shipment as commitment and guarantee of bank instrument issuance.
8. After thirty (30) banking days buyer should issues the swift with financial instrument as per described on page 01 (one) in "payment terms".
9. Within 07 (seven) working days, after pre advise swift and/or financial instrument is in place, seller issues pop (proof of product) electronically
10. Delivery starts as per contract terms and conditions. Performance bond:

We do not issue performance bond for spot sales. Contract sales:
For contracts (more than 3 month term), we issued a performance bond of 2% (two percent) of one shipment, with the same guarantee instrument used by buyer (sblc or dlc), in 15 bank days after the buyer's guarantee instrument is active and operational in seller's account.
