- Alcoholic fermentation: 20 days from the entrance of the grapes into the deposits
- Natural and spontaneous starting of the malolactic fermentation
- Ageing Details:
- Time in barrels: 26 months
- Sort of barrels: French oak allier barrels

- Limited production, numbered bottles: 25.348 bordelaise bottles and 1.000 Magnum
