Vertical mixer silo Approximate capacity 56 m3, dimensions 3,590x8,370 mm of total height. Manufactured in S-235 steel and built in 3 mm thick sheet metal with UPN-80 perimeter reinforcement rings, support structure by means of 4 HEA180 mm pillars braced with HEA-120 profiles, 300 mm internal thread, 200 mm pitch with tube 114.3x6.02 mm shaft placed in a 355x4.78 mm tube-sleeve, register on the side for visits and inspection and on the lower tube for emptying in the event of a blockage or breakdown, equipped with a security system, 4 peepholes inspection, two upper ventilation vents, FILSA type MS-1 maximum level indicator, transmission by pulleys and belts with a 22 kW motor at 1,000 rpm with safety protections, 200x200 mm discharge pipe connected to the internal threaded jacket of the mixer with manual closure at the outlet mouth, nozzle at the bottom of the cone for complete emptying of the machine, jack ladder with guardrail and perimeter railing 1.00 m high on the roof of the machine. Horizontal auger model S-165 with 140x140 mm thread for feeding a direct-drive mixer by means of a 2.2 kW gearmotor at 220 rpm, big bag discharge hopper measuring 1,150x750x500 mm in height with upper cover and connection nozzle and adjustable pillars in height.
Electrical control panel attached to the mixer pillar consisting of a 22 kW starter, relays, thermal magnets, limit switches and wiring.
